I will give the logic of some of them

That may be why Elon Wants his pickup out. It will be the MOST POWERFUL truck out there. If any of us blocked the door of any business and refused to move we would be arrested for disorderly conduct. Just post towing zones and give the towing company 100% of the money.

It is still coming. Super updated computer is coming and will be installed in older cars. something that you won’t see on other manufacturers. Funny to see an ad for BMW, bring your BMW in for a software update for the sales price of $200 off of the regular price of $338.... Tesla will install it on your driveway for

It’s about time that he starts threatening to sue. Many of them accusing him of crimes. Many distributing “alternative facts” about the company.

I’ve seen a worker pass out. Collapse to the floor. Supervisor did not even get out of his chair.

The place that I worked at, safety was important. But EVERY TIME the employee was considered at fault and would get a nasty letter in your file.

I’ve put in 40 hours in 3 days.

What is the nearest Dealer to Old Faithful Geyser?

With a 220V output and a big battery you would be able to power your home for a week. Hey emergency power.

Elon Musk delivers everything promised. Model S, Model X and Model 3 are everything promised. It’s the ambitious timeline. Audi promised 2019, pushed back to 2020. Still waiting for ANY of the other big (?) guys to come out with an EV that you can drive across country.

150W output. 120V only. The Tesla Pickup will have a massive battery pack. More power than your alternator with dinky battery. This will be like grid power on wheels. You have to run your gas motor.

{As for Tesla, the elephant in the room is that Freightliner has a large plurality of the US Class 8 market and has a proven ability to make as many as 100,000 trucks a year, whereas Tesla has of course been busting a gut trying to build cars on that scale.}

Tesla is already working on more designs. They will work on US and EU roads. From the shareholder meeting.

Tesla will have service teams.

It’s going to take much more than $600M to beat Tesla. It will be HARD to beat the Tesla Supercharger network. And Tesla is expanding that dramatically. 121 new charging stations and thousands of chargers. You can go almost anywhere with a Tesla. Not so with the “big” boys.

History shows that once a disruptive technology comes in, it comes in rapidly on an S curve. If you look at any chart of adoption it hits FAST. It won’t be 15 years, unless you count 7 years back. Solar power, autonomy, batteries are all converging. There should be a dramatic shift hitting soon. I see the beginnings

10 thumbs up!

Building battery/car/solar factories. Designing new cars/trucks. And VERY important a charging network. So you can actually drive it past 1/2 of it’s range.

Keeping the battery from going to deep into depth of discharge will make it last more cycles...Same for charging on the top end... Charge to 80%
