It's definitely the Infiniti G20. The exhaust is on the right, whereas Subarus have the exhaust on the left. The profile of the Infiniti fits better, and it has some artifacts (like the rear bumper reflector) that Subarus don't have. The tail lights are hard to distinguish, but the other pieces fit.

Sorry, the rear lights don't match a 3rd gen Legacy (2000-2004). It'd have to be a first or second gen if it is a Legacy, and the first gen it a little too boxy I think.
