Well you didn't understand much about the show if that's one of your complaints, you couldn't of been paying much attention. Roland "Prez" Pryzbylewski is the cop you are talking about, and Lt. Daniels is the Sergeant that you're talking about. Prez is the son in law of Commander Valchek, and early in the series,

Not trying to be an asshole or anything, but what shows do you enjoy? I enjoy shows like Breaking Bad, The Sopranos, Hannibal, The Americans, and I got hooked on those shows much quicker than The Wire. I would even go so far as to say I enjoy watching Sopranos and Breaking Bad more than The Wire, as they have more

Dude. No. The Wire is probably the greatest TV show of all time in my opinion, but if I'm honest, I didn't get really into it until near the end of season 1. When I finished season 2 I realized then that it was the greatest thing I've ever seen. Now that I've finished the series and re-watched it several times, I can

Your gimmick of saying "Word." after a paragraph that offers nothing but your own personal opinions is hilarious to me. Especially since it's not a very good one. If you think that's the only dramatic decision the show has to make, you can't be paying much attention.

The actress is great at her part. But going from Elizabeth and Philip just finding out that the Center wants them to convert Paige, to them immediately trying to convert Paige would of been terrible writing.

Me as well. What we've got instead has been much better than whatever that guy was expecting.

Damn that was a great episode.

I personally think it'd be pointless to watch if you haven't seen Breaking Bad. Part of why this is so good is because we're returning to a world we've already fallen in love with, and you won't be feeling any of that. The cold open in particular won't be half as good to someone who hasn't seen Breaking Bad. But, the

Glad to see I'm not the only one who loved Todd's Sopranos write ups. Fantastic stuff, even though there were a few episodes where I thought there were more important things he could have discussed. But that's the greatness of The Sopranos, every scene is so multi-layered it's pretty difficult for every viewer to

If you want insufferable family characters, watch Homeland. Paige and Henry's actors could win emmys in comparison.

This was the best music moment of the show for me. Great song too.

How can somebody skip the family scenes? I get that they aren't as exciting as the spy stuff, but without the family scenes I wouldn't like this show half as much as I do.

Glad to hear you enjoyed the first five. I've heard lots of people hate on them for their "Monster of the Week" format, but it is also very clearly building up a serialized storyline. Trust me, it only gets better, as they almost completely drop the "Monster of the Week" format at the end of season 1 and beginning of

I started The Americans on Friday and I've been binging pretty hard on it since. I'm about halfway through season 2, and I have to say, this show is fucking amazing. Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys are freaking fantastic, not to mention the great acting we're getting from Margo Martindale and Noah Emmerich.
