I’m a bit skeptical about him “choosing” to step down. Quite frequently and very publicly people have “resigned” when actually they have been fired and this seems no different. I suspect he was voluntold that he would step down from announcing this game and he decided to play along to keep his job.

You do realize that 99.7% of all businesses with paid employees are small businesses. They are, in fact, the largest employment sector in the country. What you are advocating for is more control by large corporations.

Except Elon Musk has not proven the Model 3 to be anything more than vaporware at this point. At the current rate of Tesla vehicle production (25,000 vehicles in the first quarter of 2017) its would take 8 years just to meet the Model 3 pre-orders and that assumes they produce no other vehicle.
