Are you just realizing that Kotaku isn't up to professional journalistic standards?

It doesn't, since Kotaku is a generally respected and successful blog. Kotaku is a trusted source for video game coverage, has nothing to do with their level of professional journalism.

Really? Because whoever these people are, they already look ten times the asshole Kotaku does in this scenario:

They're all also a lot older than their characters.

Professional? These guys are bloggers. A fraction of what's written at Kotaku actually meets the standards of professional journalism.

Japan's most wanted criminal is a guy who's a serial threatener?

It's really, really, really easy to use emulators on PC. Really, really, really easy. It's no harder than opening a movie in Windows Movie Player.

Did you watch the trailer before this one? Seriously, someone attacks Dante's trailer after he answers the door naked and while the trailer flies away from the blast Dante in midair puts on his clothes while various objects block his genitals from view. Cheesy? Hammy? Corny? I thought it was all that.

Um yes. And you were also repeating the same thing I said in a stupidly condescending manner. So I replied in a stupidly condescending manner. However since that point seemed to be lost on you, allow me to make it clear.

I will sit here and share in your moment of immature humor. I am laughing my ass off.

Um, did you miss everything about the Valve filmmaker software?

How is WarZ not a ripoff? It was clearly a rushed game in an effort to get something profitable out before DayZ got that kind of traction.

"Remember the days when game companies started making games and then actually finished them? Without panhandling on the Internet? Ahh, nostalgia."

How is Dante bouncing on top of cars unconcerned about the demonic world not goofy? Or Dante going from nude to dressed (commando too I might add) in mid-air while his trailer gets blown away not goofy?

Way to miss the point. When someone says "this black hole is big" they're referring to the event horizon. As far as talking about the size of the black hole, the event horizon is part of that classification because obviously the 3-D hole that is a black hole stays the same size no matter how much mass it gets.

A black hole can be varying sizes though via the size of its event horizon. The more mass a black hole has, the more size it has because its event horizon grows in size.

"Germany is extremely serious about banning anything that conjures up memories of its Nazi past—video games like Wolfenstein's reboot have been pulled simply for the stray appearance of a swastika. I'm a little surprised that anything remotely resembling a book burning, particularly in front of the Reichstag, isn't…

Haha. As convoluted as his prose seemed, the praise for his books and the wild fantasy that he employed kept me interested enough to keep coming back to it.

Well for me, personally, it's always pleasantly surprising to see such value placed on scientific assets that have no "practical" application.

Well it's not fun to have to make up Christmas stories to match the kids around you but I'm not bitter about it. My point is getting the wrong thing for Christmas that you can easily remedy is far from the worst thing and far from the worst thing a parent can do.
