I have absolutely no issue with a woman painting her body, even if she was nude on twitch :D I just think it would also be hilarious if a guy started painting his dong to look like famous monuments or something.

But it’s not technically covering her chest right? A bikini is by no means modest. The shape of her naked body is still very obvious with the cover and paint. Isn’t the equivalent here like If a guy put a condom over his penis and then painted it?

Eh I’d say having a stream where you paint you’re almost naked body to look like often lusted after characters is something that’s hard to argue isn’t sexual in nature. Should it not be allowed? dunno, but I can’t say “Yeah there isn’t a sexual angle to that at all” either.
