Really?  I still feel this is Smash — The Deathwatch. It's hard to take sides in the "art" vs. tourist-dreck debate because we've never seen enough of the actual show to judge or care. All we've seen is disconnected musical numbers. The writers are still talking down to their audience and telling us things we should

I'm done with this show. The first episode was taut and dramatic. The premise is interesting, but the history is so off it's offensive and criminal. I'm pretty sure the only ones who could like this show are elderly unrepentant cold-warriors, and young people who are ignorant of history.

From bad to meh.  In addition to everything else, even if Louis suspects Dex of being the Bay Harbor Butcher, the accepted story is that Dexter's wife was killed by Trinity, so how could he expect Dexter to think a serial killer game would be fun?
