I think the linked Variety article mentioned them putting it up on hulu and a few other places starting tomorrow afternoon.

On the Today Show interview, she said she wanted to be referred to as Michelle for the interview even though she changed her name. So I think it would be appropriate to not change it here either to respect her wishes.

Vistors are unable to view a page that is memorialized, it won't show up. Only people who were already friends with the deceased will be able to view the profile. And no a date is not added, but all the wording is read in past tense.

As inproduction said, all of the"about" items are past tense. Additionally if you aren't on the persons friends list before they pass - you can not view the profile. For example, for my deceased friends on my Facebook that I don't share with my husband; he is unable to view their profile

Unfortunately, I have many deceased friends who have been "memorialized", so I think it may be more widely used then you realize.
