MARPAT is the one used for USMC uniforms only.

So Amazon promise you 20% when you first sign up with them, and they tell you that even when an app is the "free app of the day" that you will still get paid the 20% of the list price (The regular price not the temporary free sale price)...

Its pretty much exactly that.

Not that they want to spend more, but on the wrong thing. Some people get something stuck in their heads and refuse to hear out others who may know better.

As far as that fine I mentioned you might get if you squawk the wrong transponder code. I am not sure how much it would be, but let provide an example or two of fines the FAA can give.

They are already expensive, I would hate to see the premium the manufacturer adds for adding $100 in parts to the unit.

Any practical pilot will probably not like it. Problem is, if the aircraft is owned by someone other than the pilot and they get the idea in their head that they need touch screen controls, then the pilot may not get a choice.

As an avionics tech, I do not see a big need of pure touch control on the PFD. For scrolling and for moving the cursor maybe but even that is a stretch. Now on some of the control units I can see it. One of the biggest issues is that touch control makes it easier for entering the wrong thing. (think of all the times

No problem, yeah they may need to add the info.

For the confused ones...

I think some people are confused as t which ones are what and how/why it matters.

I wonder what the exact charges are that she was charged with.

Another commented mentioned that assault (in their state) means that to be charged with assault when no actual physical harm is caused, after the initial contact, if a warning is given to the person in some manner telling them to stop, if they ignore that warning and continue it becomes assault.

Good point of the application of the law. One does wonder about the law where they are at. If she had caused injury with only a single instance of contact, that would fall under Battery, not assault I would think.

Agree on that. Its been considered the polite way of getting someones attention for a long time.

The shoulder tap is pretty standard though. And besides that, your logic is very flawed for two reasons.

That is pretty much the casual gamer market. You play for brief periods as a distraction from boredom when sitting around airports bus stops, etc.

You are probably right about the casual gamer getting all they need from modern smart phones. The dedicated gamer will still need a dedicated piece of hardware.

Missiles do... and ICBM types are the ones they are looking to prevent using GPS.

Very poor event planning... I have been to both well planed and poorly planed events on bases. If it is a regular event or one planed well in advance, they usually are done better.
