My award for being awful yet endlessly watchable is definitely "American Horror Story." it was the perfect storm of non cohesive plots, mediocre acting, and just all around randomness, most of which wasn't great, but was like a train wreck that was impossible to not continue watching.

My second favorite part of the episode (after the Harmon line of the week™ ) was Constance calling Dead Dylan McDermott a "stupid sonofabitch" not once but twice, with a great inflection on the second one. I was really hoping that more ghosts would come out of the woodwork to taunt hanging from the chandelier Ben

THE CAPE FOREVER

Call him… David.

It's December 9th, and goddammit, I don't really care if "Abed's Uncontrollable Christmas" isn't allowed in the Advent Calendar because it's already been covered extensively elsewhere on the site, but fuck if it isn't one of the most heart-warming, feel-good Christmas (half-hour) special that exists.

I loved the entire Abed/Mr. Rad song because it pointed out all of the hilariously overused things Glee uses during their performances.

Would you hate it so much if… ALISON BRIE SANG IT?!

I guess I have nothing better to do tomorrow, plus they're on demand. While I'm not expecting "Dollars"-esque quality, I do love Westerns.

I've missed the last two episodes of Hell on Wheels. Would it be worth it to catch the last two episodes to get back in the swing of things?

I think it was a bit of a let down after Documentary Filmmaking, but still a damn fine episode. I really liked the interaction between Jeff/Shirley, it's a pairing that's worked in the past (I loved Social Psychology and the callback to it), and it's nice that Shirley's getting airtime.

We'll charge Kyle $100 to read this interview.

OH MY GOD THIS IS LITERALLY THE BEST THING TO EVER HAPPEN IN THE HISTORY OF EVER

It's not bad. Every Monday and Wednesday they have a dollar slice night, at least at the location by my house. I enjoy it.

I didn't find the Walker scenes to be wholly unnecessary; to me, they seemed to paint him as a guy who at least seems much more ruthless than Brody, especially when contrasted with the mostly lilting nature of the flashback scenes (minus, you know, child murder). Although I suppose that it's not great for Walker if

Shane: Everything/10

Is Rick just in charge of murdering kid zombies now?

I'm not exactly sure how I felt about this episode. I enjoyed the reveal, with Brody slumped in the chair like some sort of Bond villain, but I don't know where it's going to go from here. I wasn't a fan of the telegraphed "Helen letting Walker know" plot. It just felt too obvious from this show, from the first scene

The AV Clubbers continued to chant "speech, speech, speech" for no one in particular.

I shot my wad on what was supposed to be a dry run.
