Charmin comes to the aid of Mr Whipple

I am finding Stephen's show hard to watch, although not Chevy Chase painful. The frenetic pacing, overly complicated set, lame skit writing, and softball, not to offend, interviews result in something not entertaining. I like Stephen as an entertainer and hope he settles in to something more likeable in a few weeks.

Upvoted for giving me a good laugh early this fine morning. Even if its all caps.

My Oracle took August off, and just got back. Her advice was to take shows that sound stupid. I waited for that and missed all the early points! Anyway the list is:

Defiance killed off a busload of minor characters early in the season, making you think they had no problem killing off a major character. They did a great job of fooling me with Datak as a result.

There must have been an overload on the HBO servers. The quality of the streaming was not good and then there were two pauses just when the giant was doing his crush dance.

Battle Creek got better last week. It is a satire of the low IQ CBS procedurals which is a strange thing for CBS to broadcast since their usual viewer will not get it. The pathology scene last week was a riot with a big saw and the resulting gore looking like hamburger. Patton Oswalt shows up in episode six so

I have not seen this yet because of the Oscars, but I did want to share these notes I found in the seat back pocket of an airplane last year.
