Yeah, I don't use mix anymore. It's either V8 with my own mix of other stuff or gazpacho blended very smooth.

I used to hate it, but then I started making my own. It's one of those things that should be tailored to your personal taste. I don't like tomatoes, so I use bell peppers, cucumbers and tomato juice instead.

A good gazpacho is amazing. Especially in heat like this. And it can also be used as a fresh Bloody Mary mix.
