I managed after many years master my fear of bees. I don’t fear most snakes, spiders, etc... But wasps and hornets, I will run like a screaming fool, not allergic, been stung many times, the bastards just are still terrifying to me. Totally irrational and I know it, but they are just evil, proof that there is no God…

I do not want these companies to have any data on me. Given the fact that this is unachievable, I want to minimize the amount of data that they have on me.

My daughter applied to USC and got her rejection letter today, and her UCLA rejection letter yesterday. All I know is that I will be writing letters to both schools requesting a refund of the application fees. They all promise a fair and complete review of all of the application. Clearly that is not the case. 

I think you’re a bit off here. Letting a business track whether or not you’ve opened an email will do nothing to ensure you have more personalized email. If anything it will ensure you receive even more spam.

Until this stupid admissions controversy, I had no idea that USC was such a desirable school for anyone other than aspiring filmmakers. I always knew the film school was well regarded, but is the rest of the university really worth all this foolishness? Is there some kind of exceptional research or scholarship going…

I follow this page on social media that collects ridiculous local news stories from the UK and there was a whole article about a couple who were upset that a Facebook mummy group (British “mommy” not the Egyptian corpse) making fun of their daughter’s name. Their daughter was named Disney.

Man, if Trump, Putin, Maduro and Un were all in the same room... I’d pay someone drive a truck full of ANFO into it. They are all equally worthless.
