Boats are for the sole purpose of dumping bodies.  There's no other reason to ever own one.  Dexter's body count is down this year.  He's going to be demoted to raft if he's not careful.

That's one of my problems with the show.  People keep praising the setting they've built, but it's exactly that, a construction of their own.  Just looking at the police department, where are all the Mexican cops?
