Having a 2-year-old, going to a theater to see a movie is close to impossible for me these days. Unless I want to illegally download some crappy cam-footage, I don’t see a movie until the blu-ray is released.

I can tell you that his people will not care, because his people are not Christians. He’s built a cult under the guise of Christianity.

The writer should ask anyone who’s parents were “hippies”. I’m certain that they have a lot of advice for anyone who wants to use their child’s name as a social statement.

Being a white dude, also, I have to disagree with the arms race. These racist idiots may go around threatening to shoot people, but most of them ain’t got the balls to do it to another white person. They know they can do it to someone of color and get away with it; that is why they do it.

From the DragonLance books:

During my last suicide attempt in ‘97, I took a bunch of medications. The doctor in the E.R. had me drink charcoal. For days after, every bowel movement was black. So, I think I’ll pass on this fad.

I’ve already started (and mostly completed) setting up most of the shows my daughter likes to watch on my Plex server, including Peppa Pig. That way, she has a choice on what she wants to watch without going onto the internet.

Most of my “arguing” was when people (on Facebook) would post a picture with a claim on it. There was not citation or source, just a shared picture with a claim that did not seem plausible.

When my toddler is asking a question, I always answer. Then, I follow it up with, “do you understand what I just told you?” Sometimes, it is, “yes”, but usually, it is “no”, because...well, she’s a toddler.

Sorry, but every time I hear, “okay” after a sentence, all I can think about it Mr. Mackey off of South Park.

I’m a bit too “wordy” with my daughter. I give both instruction and reason. Such as, “Please don’t pull the cat’s tail. That hurts her.” Or, “It is time to leave (the playground). We need to stop by the store

Neither of us; we buy it from the store. :D

I’ve grown up around black people (both friends & family) and have never heard about them being lactose intolerant. Of Asians, I have, but that is due to their ancestors’ diet usually not including dairy products.

My wife is half-white (& half-black), she likes country music and was raised in a lower-middle-class family in the suburbs.

Me, I am as white as mozzarella, (often) listen rap, lived in “the projects” when I was younger, was one of a handful of white students in a segregated school in Kansas (same area as “the

I’ve noticed that there is a substantial “war is hell” theme in anime. Not only from titles like, “Grave of The Fireflies”, but also from “Mobile Suit: Gundam”, “Gundam Wing”, “Now and Then, Here and There”, “Aldnoah.Zero”, and “Darker Than Black”, to name a few. Outside of anime, the Godzilla franchise was inspired

I know I’ve been doing it wrong this whole time. I keep eating the cheese while waiting for the burger to cook.

I’m a guy (if the name wasn’t a dead giveaway) and I’ve always felt uneasy about hugging a woman that I was not romantically involved with.

I feel the same way about my daughter. She’s closing in on 3 years old and is like a little mini-me.

People constantly ask me if I will have another one and I tell them that I don’t want any more. Since I also work full-time, I cherish every moment I get to spend with my daughter. I don’t have the time or energy to

When eating out (or at home), my wife & I always share what we are having with out toddler. In addition, we also add in some extra diced fruit and cheese for her. That way, it gives her food that she is familiar with (the fruit & cheese), along with food that she can try.

Just because something is lawful, it does not mean the application of it is ethical. In New York City, Stop-and-Frisk is a law. However, just like the laws used to pull over the State Attorney, it has been highly criticized because of how persons of color were often the ones targeted for its use.

I was a teen in the 90's and was very suicidal. Then again, I battled with suicide from pre-teen years until I was in my mid-20's.
