If you buy a one-way ticket on an international flight, pay with cash, have no luggage, and are on the Terrorist Watchlist; the TSA has no issue letting you on the plane (see Underwear bomber).

I cook at home all of the time. The trick is to find foods that don't require a lot of time or attention. There is a thing called, "the internet", where people can look. ;)
