Prevailing fan theory online is that Hook is just playing Emma b/c he wants her to kill him, and thus end all darkness or something when he goes to Hades. Like, he's not really dark, they're still in love, happy endings, etc. Just… food for thought.

How can she even really be a Dark One? She's just regular Emma, but in different clothes, pretty much.
My favorite line out of that was about how he would have given Gold's wife back "soiled, but alive." That's one of the show's only brushes w/ real dirtiness that I can even remember—or maybe I just have a dirty mind.
We've got year end stuff running pretty much all of December.
A+ "The brain, the brain" reference, Claudia. What are your thoughts about the TV show?
And yet I saw it in the theater the morning it came out. And I was 14.
I always use Steve Albini's as a good example, if you haven't read that one.
There's nothing more boring than two 13-year-olds in love.
And yet Henry was able to teach her how to text. And thus apparently about the concept of telephones as a whole? And electricity…
But Neal is dead? And she's with Hook? I don't buy that she's not over him. I don't know that she was ever that sold on him during the show's run to begin with.
Well, she did sort of turn that one dwarf into a tree?
Good points.
Also, they were like "let's have a dance," "Storybrooke needs a ball," and then they have a fall street fair with carnival games and picnic tables.
Agree x 1000.
I'm really enjoying Hook as like… Henry's cad stepdad. Adorable stuff.
I actually agree w/ that. Some good stuff going on w/ this season. I just wasn't into this ep.
Good point. i could use her.
I always feel like they have to say that because Emilie De Ravin gets such high billing. Must be contractual.
Well she looks terrifying.
I imagine they're worried if they show her doing truly terrible things that when she turns back (which she will…) the audience will be pissed at her. Long shot, but you know.
