This is where I always went with it. This is the first time this ever happened, so how do they know they have to kill her to get a cure? Wouldn’t you try different things first and then let her be part of the decision in the end? By knocking her out and never giving her a choice and trying different methods first, it…
Randomly, I found Cyberpunk to be the best at that. You have a few options at romance, but only if the NPC character floats that way. The NPCs are consistent, but your choices as a character can vary on those options. You have multiple bicharacters, but only a few that would romance of you had the correct voice and…
See, that’s why my take would be there should have been NO romance I’m the game. It’s just so arbitrary and forced with any character. You get everyone to a certain level and then there’s these 2 random extra steps for a relationship that really provided nothing else, except, at best, getting your character beat up…
I’m a geriatric millennial, and to be fair, I think teenage white male always has angst. For our generation, we had Eminem. He had a ton of baggage, but he luckily wasn’t skamminga ton of people and came from poor routes.
I scrolled through looking for this. It should be the top comment. Clearly more Homelander than Superman. ESPECIALLY for a nerd centric website.
I think you can use “her”. I believe it’s canon that he prefers mares (in books and games) and that in the game, it’s a her.
I would just say video games haven’t really increased, in fact they are lower in price compared to inflation. A new nes game could cost $60, on average people spent $40. That’s like $160 today, and new games are half that. And the NES was 180, which is which is about 500 today, so console prices have staid stagnant.
All depends how it’s done. I just started play Yakuza games last year. Started with Yakuza 0, which felt pretty good. Yakuza Kiwami, a remake of the original, felt pretty much exactly the same as Yakuza 0, which is a pretty good update from a game from 2005. Just started Yakuza Kiwami 2, and that jump is insane. It’s…
Yeah, not like my engineering knowledge or a nurse, or a teacher, or an electrician, or a.... Get the f outta here with that bs
So, old game I just finished for the first time then going to the next game experience. Just finished Yakuza Kiwami on PS5. Great experience, 60 fps. Started Yakuza Kiwami 2 on PS5 yesterday, learned it was at 30 fps. The graphica were better but it totally sucked to play for the first 5 minutes. So, went to PC to…
As a fan of Rick and Morty, but not one of those assholes who went crazy over the Szechuan sauce (and never would), I feel a little better knowing anything weird and short supply that McDonald’s does, people will go crazy over, not just neckbeards...
To be fair, MASH was 11 seasons and the Korean war was 3 years. So every episode, which did usually take place overall severall days, could only take an average of 4.4 days per year. And I love MASH and is universally acclaimed.
Same with Running Man. I like the movie a lot, but it’s so barely loosely based on the book, that a new movie could be made based on the book, and people wouldn’t think it had much to do with the existing movie.
So, when I first played Dark Souls, I used a wiki and it really let me fly through it much faster, as it taught me the moves. Then I lost interest. I figured out these games aren’t for me, or any game that requires a wiki or a time sink to lewrn. I love the concept of Stardew valley and terraria, but as I get older…
What kind of payout does an indie get for a Gamepass game? Just wondering, since it was like 7 years of his work.
If you’re an EE not getting paid for an internship, you made poor decisions on where to work. I was paid for all 3 of my internships back in the mid 00's at three different companies, and I think we pay our interns now at like $22/hr. And we aren’t some big tech company, just consulting engineering.
This makes me just happy I’m married and don’t have to think about this at all. It just hurt my brain.
I feel like this is a huge misconception. I built my current machine 5 years ago, and then just recently upgraded my graphics card. That’s it, no other upgrades or time invested into researching stuff. And I can run basically anything at 1440p at 60 Hz.
So, you’re saying I should have gotten my new Camp Chef pellet grill that’s arriving next Tuesday for less since they aren’t paying tariffs? Or should I feel about about getting it? (not sarcastic)
