This is true. But for it to explain the chronic missing behavior requires that these men lack any sort of long term memory.

I have a theory about dudes that can’t seem to aim. I suspect they are not actually using their hand to aim. I believe they just pull out their dick and just let it fly, only swiveling their hips to adjust stream direction after the fact.
