I have a mechanical watch (a Stowa Marine for those still interested in handcrafted timepieces), and I have to wind it up every two days or so. Each and every single time I have to wind it up, I have to take it off my wrist, because it's not a natural movement, it's not convenient, hairs get stuck in the wheel, etc...
