I think this whole argument is overstated; there is not as strong a correlation in the earlier phases as people seem to assume, and there’s stronger cohesion in phase 4 than anyone seems willing to admit.

For the most part, when I use subtitles, it’s because there’s a lot of fast exposition or jargon-heavy dialogue that flies by too fast to understand.
