Pretty much the exact same thing happened to me with that game, after I picked it back up after putting it down for TWO YEARS.

I loved the Last of Us, so I’m really, really hoping they can live up to it with the TLOU2.

Agreed, and part of a killer year Audrey Plaza is having that almost seems unnoticed.

Baby Park is what I was imagining when I said there will be no survivors...

Oh, yeah! I keep thinking of Michael Keaton’s Bruce Wayne, “You wanna get NUTS?! Let’s get nuts!”

The lack of spoiler tags in Kinja is making it difficult for me to ask you about a... thing... that you did... at a point where you could... do a couple of things... and which thing you did would have implications for the road to the Platinum trophy...

Thank you! And yeah, it’s way better than talking to 2014 Me at least. All he wants to talk about is how surprisingly awesome the Hatsune Miku games are (since all he has is a Vita then). It gets old fast.

Damn it, I’ll probably miss MK tonight. Have fun.

TONIGHT is Mario Kart 8 on the 8th, and IT’S THE END OF THE MIIVERSE AS WE KNOW IT!
By the time we have another MK8onthe8th, Miiverse will be officially shuttered, so this is our chance to leave comments to each other and post races to YouTube! In honor of that “Last Blast” we’re sending it off with a bang as we race B

Well, come Saturday the Household Flam will finally be back down to its normal three inhabitants. Just me, Summer, Morty, Beth, Jerry, Sleepy Gary, Photography Raptor, Cousin Nicky... wait, that’s more than three....

I keep on having this problem where people say “it” or “It” and I’m like an Abbot & Costello rube who keeps saying, “What? You’re seeing what? I don’t have the context of a previously mentioned thing to know what ‘it’ is.”

I’m having serious deja vu here, now that I’m playing Splatoon while reading about people playing Destiny and thinking “man, Destiny players always sound like they’re describing a chore even when they clearly love the game!” To each their own, although I’m firmly remaining in the “do not get it” column: it sounds like

It is a weird choice to publish everything on the main page and THEN “share” it in the Games section, rather than vice versa..

Salutations~!

Hello, fellow-Gameologicaleriginos. The implementation of Kinja was just before my two-week-holiday back home so I’ve been barely active. I have lurked and read the comments of the past week in WAYPTW thougj. It was nice to still see so many of the same people around.

Honestly? Good. It’s been running on fumes since Iannucci left. Still funny one-liners and great acting all around but there has been almost no real plot for a couple years.

Yeah a clean slate was what the game needed. The best multiplayer games of this type for me are simpe at thier core but get more complex for players who want it. It’s why Rocket League is so good. At its best, COD offers the same sort of fun imo.

I do love Big Blue, and I agree that there’s something too chaotic about Mt. Wario for me - I can’t seem to find a rhythm in it, or I’m just untenably slow.

I had thought I preferred Maka Wuhu to Mt. Wario, which I’m generally ambivalent on (I like the three-legged tracks, but MW is a bit chaotic for my taste), but I foudupon returning to Maka Wuhu that it was far more simplistic than I’d remembered, and yes, Mt. Wario is superior.

I get the feeling we could talk Mario Kart tracks every week and never really run out of things to discuss, the courses are so tightly designed, packed full of secrets, and of course replayable. Even Grumble Volcano, which generally gives me fits, has its own evil, evil charm.
