I’ll be playing rise of the Tomb Raider. I find that even though I have a gun, I use the bow constantly. Not even just when I’m getting stealth kills, but when I’m fighting enemies and they know I’m there. Just something about it is really satisfying. Like in the last of us, using the bow in that game was great. I

Going through Rise of the Tomb Raider and I’m really enjoying it. I like the added emphasis on crafting and hunting. I rarely hunted in the first one but need those materials in this game. It’s the perfect level of crafting too, similar to The Last of Us. Enough to make it interesting and fun, but not too much to

Yeah, that definitely happens! Feels really good when you line it up and nail it though! That sounded dirty...

Apparently if you’ve never turned it off, it’s still on. The game comes rough it turned on, and since I never knew about it, I was driving with it on. Still mad at myself for missing the Feb 8th one!

I thought about purchasing bayonetta again but I still have it for my wii-u, so I passed. Maybe if/when the price drops.

How’s the online community for bomberman on switch? I’m thinking of getting that.

I’ve been playing rocket league on ps4, but I’m seriously considering getting it on switch as well for the portability.

I was terrible when I started playing rocket league. Really bad. But then it clicked and now I’m pretty good. I would just suggest not to follow the ball all the time. If 2 if your teammates are going at the ball in the corner, stay towards the middle. Stuff like that. And if 2 of your teammates are attacking all the

Forgot about the splatfest, thanks for the reminder!

I’ve officially put shadow of mordor on the back burner. So that left me with an opening. I saw gamestop was having a sale so I checked it out online. Got Rise of the Tomb Raider and Nier Automata for $50, new. I checked psn before ordering because I’d rather have digital versions and they were both listed at $60.

This weekend I’m giving shadow of mordor one last chance. I’m not really enjoying it too much. The clunky controls/slow moving protagonist, the fighting isn’t too great and I’m not a big open world game person (and I’ve been spoiled by Zelda and Mario in those regards recently). So I’ll give it one last chance but

Can’t wait for 8 on the 8th!!

I just started shadow of mordor too, as in I did that initial tutorial and then my baby started crying so I turned it off. I’m interested to see how the game progresses!

This weekend I’ll keep trucking in Mario. Haven’t had much time to play the past week as I’ve gone back to work after being off with my wife and son. I’m in the moon! The physics there are pretty fun. Platforming perfection.

He’s really chill, except he gets gas really bad after he eats and ccries until he passes it, so basically he takes after me. He can sleep through anything, which is a huge plus.

Thanks! I’m at bowser’s castle, so unless it’s a fake out, I’m at the last world. Although I found a painting that took me to yoshi’s house overlooking the mushroom kingdom, which I haven’t played yet so we’ll see.

The game I’ve been playing most has been Fatherhood: 0 Sleep. It’s tough, but very rewarding. My son is 3 weeks old now and it’s cool to see the differences that short amount of time can make.

I thought they went Friday nights to Sunday mornings or something in the first one. I could be wrong though, it’s been so long since they had them in the first one.

Is there no downloadable demo in the eshop? Hmm, I’ll need to try this game out but I don’t want to shell out the full amount for the game without trying it, I’m not predicting any price cuts/sales soon.

Awesome! My friends and I used to play those at sleepovers way back in the day! Loved those games.
