I’m enjoying it too! I’m on chapter 6 and finding Nadine not as bad as she was earlier in the game. When’s the all headshot video coming out?

Man, that comment was twice as long as the article! Good stuff in there too!

Out of town this weekend so no playing until Sunday. But when I’m back I’m going to hop on the Call of Duty WWII beta again. Had a lot of fun last weekend and it’ll be the first COD game I buy in years. No more wall jumping or double jumps or thermal scopes. But man, I could not “mute all” fast enough.

I wonder if different articles have some sort of different format or something. I was shocked when it worked on this article. I really hope it continues.

It’s really bugging me. Because it’ll work on some Game of Thrones articles, but not all. Never works on any of the video game articles (which really makes me mad because I love the What Are You Playing This Weekend thread). It’s working on this article, I’m trying to find a correlation but so far I’m coming up empty.

And a lot of articles saying how “normal” she was and all that. I’m a big Lawrence fan but it was becoming too much.

Posting on mobile is no fun. My work computer only loads the comments in Kinja about 30% of the time, so I have to use mobile a decent amount and it’s terrible.

Well if that do THAT big climax, let’s hope it’s at least with the adult timeline this time.

Yeah, adaptations of his work are either great or terrible, rarely in the middle. Just seems like they nailed the atmosphere of it and making it rated R was a huge step on the right direction.

Thanks! Dark Souls isn’t really my type of game (Skyrim and all that too). But Nier sounds promising. I’ve got enough of a backlog that I’ll wait until the price drops.

Ah, cool. I loved the Bayonetta games, haven’t played DMC though. Is Nioh more of an RPG? I don’t mind action games with RPG elements, but games that are straight up RPG where you’re spending half your time in the menus going through “trees” and grinding for items don’t appeal to me.

This game seems interesting to me. Is it more of an RPG game or a 3rd person action game? I keep getting confused between this game and Nioh. Even though they don’t look alike, they came out roughly around the same time and the name is similar enough to confuse me about which one I read about and which one I didn’t.

Agree. Dany’s whole character on the show has been built on being on the iron throne. No way she just gives that up. Maybe Jon will die fighting the white walkers and it won’t matter but no matter what, it’s not going to end well.

Really excited for It. Loved the book and while it stinks they won’t be able to jump back and forth between childhood and adulthood, I think it’s better overall to get 2 movies out of it and really dig into the material. A 2-3 hour movie would not do that book justice on its own.

Jon’s not worried about being king of the north right new, he’s just worried about ensuring the north will be around after the winter.

That scene still doesn’t explain why Arya was all about killing Sansa. It seems implied that it was because Sansa didn’t cut off the heads of the people complaining about Jon, but that doesn’t track.

That is ridiculous. I would never in a million years be able to beat that level. Insane.

I’m surprised he didn’t sign it as “King in the North”, although since he bent the knee to Daenarys it makes sense. But when he left for Dragonstone and handed control of Winterfell to Sansa, it was more of a “house-sit this place for me while I’m gone” and less of “you’re the queen in the north”. The northern lords

I don’t know, they’d have to do a bunch of catching up on the prophecy for show watchers. I think Melissandre may have mentioned the prince who was promised once or twice referring to Stannis in the earlier seasons but lightbringer hasn’t been mentioned or anything.

Overall I thought it was a good season. Some of the humor in the earlier episodes just seemed to come from them cursing and showing how a video game cartoon adaption could curse. But the final couple episodes really hit its stride.
