I really don’t think a 2-seater BMW twin has a right to the pedigree of a legendary 2+2 Toyota grand tourer, simple as that. I want a more “Supra” Supra. This car has a more appropriate name out there somewhere.

Good to know I’m right to be paranoid about people around me drifting out of their lanes and into mine.

Hey, the beetcoin is a legitimate cryptocurrency, pegged to the market value of the beet! You’ll see! You’ll all see!

Bring back the firebird!

Massive sloped roof and incomprehensible spikes everywhere else: yep, it’s a Lambo.

I like the look of this thing WAY more than I should. Someone help me.

I thought cars usually had front bumpers, but it looks like the front edge of the hood is serving double duty here. Give that narwhal tooth a trim and cut the wheelbase/hood length by at least a foot and maybe I’ll consider it.

My dad’s corvette is WAY ahead of you!

New rule: don’t buy into anything up-and-coming that claims to “empower” you or your company. That should save you from half of this neo-business nonsense.

Now I wonder: which side is more likely to be impacted/more seriously impacted in a crash? I imagine that the left driver’s side is generally hit harder or more often, simply due to its proximity to oncoming traffic, but then again some drivers seem to think that they’re in the center of the car, leaving the passenger

Sorry about that. That toad seems to have a 50/50 chance of provoking that in people.

I’d like it not to look like a candy-dipped lozenge of molded plastic adorned with EL wire and DRLs inspired by the back of a surinam toad.

I literally didn’t know. That’s why I asked. From all the replies, though, I do now know that. I can’t edit my original comment, and my replies to myself clarifying this aren’t being approved, so people keep assuming I’m as ignorant as I was many hours ago, which is not painting a good picture of me.

Geez, calm down. I literally said I was probably naive on that point, and it turned out I was. I asked a question at the end to illustrate the basis of my suspicion stemming from my lack of knowledge; it was not rhetorical. Do I have to say “here’s a stupid comment because I’m uneducated, please educate me on this

addendum: I’ve been thoroughly schooled on the topic of avalanches now. Scary stuff!

I’m getting a bit of that vibe myself. Didn’t call 911? Only pointed to the location of the body with a suicide note? And I’m probably naive on this point, but can a 1'-2' avalanche really kill like that?

I really hope the production microbus doesn’t follow the concept. It looks like a $200 electric toothbrush had a love affair with an off-brand bluetooth speaker.

I’m really not confident about the new supra. It looks both awkwardly tall (for a sports car) and really cramped. Not much of a grand tourer, as its predecessors were. Also, the rear lip is incredibly unattractive. I still hope the thing looks good without camo, I really do.

What is the new design? I haven’t seen anything but these dummy taillights in all the camo cars I’ve seen so far.

The final point deals with the ability to use an electric motor to slow a vehicle down.
