Yea, it's definitely illegal. In GTAV Online, there are random armored bank trucks roaming the city. Every time I blow the armored truck's rear doors open with C4, I get 3 out of 5 stars. Don't take money from armored bank trucks, or you'll get three stars.

Man, do those things come in handy. Just this weekend I used them to cut off the corroded nuts when trying to remove an old faucet from a bathroom sink.
