I say the best way to get rid of tanking is to simply not incentivize losing. How do you do this? By giving every single team the exact same odds of getting the number 1 pick (or the number 30 pick) as every other team. Literally tanking would end overnight.

1. LeBron
2. KD
3. Harden
Then it becomes a matter of taste. Assuming Kawhi is completely healthy I put him at 5th behind Curry.

Fun Fact #3: She played Division 1 basketball at USC and graduated with zero student debt.

Cuba can’t catch a break.

Am I crazy or is that Langston Galloway who makes the floater in the video above and not Reggie Jackson? The announcer seems to say as much.

Last year SVG sent Stanley Johnson to the D League when he wasn’t giving the effort Stan required. He wasn’t playing in a manner that SVG wanted for the system he runs. This year? Stanley Johnson is not in the “G” League, not on the bench but starts on a Pistons team that is 1 game out of the number 1 seed in the East.

No.

The players that Guardiola had at Bayern far surpass the players that Mourinho had at Inter and Porto. It’s really as simple as that.

Saying that Manchester United couldn’t stop Huddersfield is a little shortsighted especially considering that Bailly didn’t play in that game and Phi Jones couldn’t finish the first half (both goals scored after he left the pitch).

This is misleading. Why did you not quote Embiid’s stats?

When he missed the double jeopardy question in the first round, and went down to zero, I honestly thought that was the last time he’d be champion.

I’m a huge LeBron fan. So even though it’s true he’s the best, last year they could only muster one game off that team and not two.

Way to make yourself look stupid, and come across as an insufferable asshole!

Those people are fricking weird, but helpful in certain occasions.

So does he hate that our current president whines and makes excuses for his short comings?

Mostly the goalie.

I was waiting to see if you (or any other Deadspin writer) would write about Manchester United’s deserved and complete victory of Chelsea. Now I have my answer.

Middle Tennessee beat Michigan State last year as a 15 seed. They would have beaten both of these teams.

Forget about that. That’s old news. Pep took a team that last year lost in the semifinals to Real Madrid (who won the Champions League that year) to a team that couldn’t get out of the quarterfinals squandering a two-goal lead to Monaco.

This. If this were a Madrid manager (ahem, you-know-who) he’d have no problem spending time “getting into it” seeing as he already has.
