When I started reading the article I thought to myself “Well, now I’m less likely to buy a JL”
If you can’t see a 5,000lb SUV (usually sold in bright colors), or hear the sound of approaching 35" mud terrains, than you likely deserve to be hit for stepping in front of it on the road. The focus on pedestrian safety is mind-boggling to me.
The premise of this article, that the NSX plant is somehow “special” and this special-ness helps make better cars, is to know to be wrong by anyone involved in the industry. Automation, when used for the appropriate application (e.g. windshield installation), improves the quality of the finished product AND the…
So I realize that it’s no longer with us, but this is pretty much exactly what the Viper plant was, minus the white everywhere. Hand built, a few a day, quiet, clean, etc. It’s not like this is the first.
“My headlights are too bright” - you’re the first to say this ever.
You must live in a liberal state. And seriously...forcing someone to get something they don’t want? I would hate to work where you work.

Anyone thinking it was going to get a Turbo in this generation was a complete idiot anyways. Toyota teamed up with Subaru because of cost savings....you know what doesn’t save money? R&D for a new engine mid-cycle.
This is just to remind everyone that the 86 is meant to be a modern AE86, and it is WAY faster than the original. Anytime I start to think my tS is slow, I get in my AE86, and rediscover that the modern 86 is faster than the Supra turbo I had in college, more than capable in daily traffic, and has enough power for the…
I own an FRS and I regularly pass everyone on the freeway during normal driving with less than 200hp.

Its already bad enough with the liability and protection of idiots, the absent minded and the distracted. Where does it stop?
