My 1981 F-100 was exactly the same experience. Brown, from rust not paint, no AC, no Heater, no Defroster, no Radio, duct-taped steering wheel, and many other "features". I miss it to this day. Albeit, i don't miss nearly dying from a frozen over windshield in the winter. Oh well.
