I actually expected to be convinced before I read the piece, but I surprisingly wasn't. The criticisms felt more like attacks on score reviews in general, rather than Metacritic, or its addition to Amazon.

But at least she got a deal - amirite!
"There are so many examples of people around the world coming to the same conclusion at exactly the same time, it's possible that the mind is more powerful than we think."
So you think it's "smart" to travel to the DR to get plastic surgery for a third the cost? Not "fiscally crafty", I mean "smart"...
Am I also supposed to be sympathetic for the person that dies because they didn't use their seat belt? Or the motorcycle rider that goes sans helmet and crushes their skull against a tree? You make your bed, you lie in it. She was an adult that made a decision to go to a highly questionable facility for procedures…
Sounds like you take religion way too seriously. People who aren't influenced by religion don't go around worrying about blaspheming. If gods aren't real (which they are not likely to be), then all of the tradition and pomp-and-circumstance is just silliness.
In the case of shows like Charlie Brooker's excellent Screenwipe and Newswipe series, they are not available on DVD due to licensing issues. If a product is not made available for sale, they aren't losing out on money. There are other shows that fall into that unfortunate situation.
I'm here for everyone on the Kotak if you guys ever need someone to talk to. My door is always open.
Yeah, one thing I love about the show is that it's unpredictable, and not in an "lol that was so random" kind of way. Take the recent Lemonhope episodes, for instance. (SPOILERS) It plays off as a reluctant hero story, where Lemonhope is pressured to return to the Lemon Kingdom and save everyone and rule. Most…
Frankenstein!
Not knowing what this was a promo for, half way through the video I wanted to comment, "Somewhere out there, Carmageddon is rolling in its grave".
I truly think that it was. I was one of those kids that spent nearly every lunch and weekend playing D&D. We never got into the religion part of it nor fought many demons to my recollection but still had my books burned. I ,however, was fortunate enough that my grandfather spoke to my mother about it right after. He…
I live in the UK and there was a moral panic here in the late 80's. At the time I worked in a RPG shop and our local paper ran a story on "These evil games". I was interviewed for the paper, but every reply I gave was twisted - I knew how Gygax felt after his appearance on "6o minutes". Luckily, we didn't get much…
Your mocking of "dudes" actually brings up good points, except for the multi-million dollar excursion. Generally, when the powers at be are doing something people don't like, then the people do something about it. They don't blog and whine about how society, as well as men, hate them. These statistics are real, but…
This is me hitting the shut-the-fuck-up-nuts-and-bolts-is-the-best-360-exclusive button AS HARD AS I FUCKING CAN! Why do people hate this game! It's the ONLY GOOD RARE GAME SINCE PERFECT DARK!!! God damn you all GOD DAMN YOOOOOU! People heap praise on the shit-show that is Gears of War, and piss all over the pure GLEE…
He's a sheep.
At least we're delicious?
I have a one of those Medicare bracelets that says to destroy my hard-drive. Way too much gay porn on there.
As a man I have to confess that I've never really gone for women who are inside-out. Too slimy.
Um, it's fiction. They wanted to have an "Evil Cammy", so they made up a story to support it. Nothing new about it. It wasn't an accident. It's a made up story.
