I don't have a cell phone.

Then they are the smallest of 3 villains at worst. The police and the hypothetical violent activists being #1 and #2.

In a graph that shows crazy down one side and accurate down the other side, this comment would be in the top right corner.

The upholding of human rights is in everyone's interest.

Even if they are wrong though, they are just saying a name. That other time a wrongly named guy ended up dead, it was the killer who killed him, not Anonymous. It's just information for society to ignore or do with as they themselves choose.

I think you are going to be waiting a long time. Best not to hold your breath, we don't need another innocent dead.

Or he could be a cold blooded killer. Who knows? It's all just speculation.
If the police wanted to protect a misfingered innocent all the have to do is release the REAL name. Of course, they won't do that, because they would rather protect their guy than the guy from the next town.

Meh, considering the situation, I'll take what I can get. What the police are doing is wrong. They are covering up for a murderer. Simple as that.

Honestly, going into the future I think they will more and more be the protectors of civil rights. They are the only people who can place themselves above the people who place themselves above the law.

Which law have anonymous broken? Name it.

Well I would rather be slapped in the face than get lung cancer, so go for it!

Well I thought you would have replied to me after I made the effort to explain myself. So much for honor.

I had ribs removed. I didn't get to keep them though.

Perhaps. Though I was actually expecting to see more support/praise for him, because I've seen that here in the past, so I'm not sure I was biased, but it may have been sub conscious. I've read the positive now though, mostly down thread with no or few replies and a handful of stars compared to the up voted stuff

As IamanFBlagent said, it's not at all about reward, it's simply about being recognised as existing. You played into what he said about cookies entirely.

OK here's the thing, I don't really understand how everything is nested and given priority on Kinja. I read only the comments that were on the initial page and the replies to those comments (expanding them all out). Only 1 or possibly 2 of the posts you linked there appeared in that lot. I don't know if that means the

Nice post dude. Clearly not an MRA troll.

There is very very little support or concern or praise for the guy jumping in and getting beat up in this entire post. It sticks out like a sore thumb to me. It's all just "see, I told you".

I never said there wouldn't be less of a stigma, I just said I thought the other point would be more significant. As for the quote, perhaps politicians would make more sensible decisions on abortion but I also think men would be considered weaker if they were incapacitated for months with a fragile passenger.

Ah thank you! Well then I am rather shocked!
