I don't play Minecraft so perhaps you could explain how you could do that? How can you make any sort of interactive element? Yeah you can pull levers and stuff like that, but how would you get random mobs to spawn and trigger "you have killed x of y" events and so on? I didn't think there was that level of nuance.

Oh, that explains the bread. That bit confused me. She also has a little sunshine necklace, so that's what the massive orange sun is. Classic! ;D

You sure? I thought it was the girl from the film Leon because of the pot plant. Don't remember bread though, but I haven't seen it in years.

You Will (sic) not remember my blackface, or that I was even here! *fwooosshhh*

Exactly, this is something they will actually remember.

Isn't it the girl from Leon? Mathilda.

That's damages to EVERYONE who has ever used their product though, not just one person. That's just one of many reason you can't compare the 2.

Because it's what the article is about and it isn't super clear.

Milhouse taught us that you can't force a meme into existence, and Kotaku and the death stare taught us that you can't force them to die.

If a meme is still being used in adverts, perhaps it isn't over?
Also, perhaps it isn't possible to declare a meme over, because it's just an idea. Ideas don't tend to roll over and die.

The Big Daddy is supposed to be a sprite not a model. If it was a model it looks way too good, but it's a sprite, Doom style.

That Joseph one is legit though! What did you talk about?

I get the joke, and it's not a terrible one. I'm just saying that it's function as a mod is non existent, so it would have took less effort (presumably) to just make some screenshots instead, seeing as nobody is ever seriously going to "play" this.

Seems a bit pointless for it to be an actual mod then. It could just as well be a screenshot for the lulz, because nobody is seriously going to install and use it. I suppose it has some small merit as a "hard mode" or something, but it sounds like horse armor is actually more worthwhile.

Pretty much. Whatever specific fiction they choose will become cannon though, so it's more that it's pointless to disagree with what they say, no matter how little sense it makes so far.

Mouse. Shock mouse.

Yeah if you look carefully you can see the pokeball blur downwards for a frame.

Nicely done! Though your link is MUCH more insidious!

Well you make a better point than the other guy, but I don't think anyone can really say with a straight face that the Thor of ancient myth is the same person as the superhero comic book Thor. It was a starting point for some made up super powers. It's not like many people worship Thor nowadays either. Thinking about

So is this actually balanced from a gameplay point of view? I haven't played much of Civ V so I can't really tell, but if you only get 20 gold then is it actually worth the effort? If that's the case then "ha ha" I guess, but I still wouldn't bother installing it.
