Sure he can. I can just use the inside of his foot to steer while flipping the lever with a toe, the same as I do on my way by the lever with my hand.

Yet another video that should be an article ... skip.

Dell is shipping DisplayPort on all new Optiplex machines fyi.

minimum wage here in Ontario is already $10/hr and increasing soon so these seemed less impressive to me.

Sounds suspiciously like the Young Drivers rules list ... or a few of them at least :)

We all want to get to our destinations sooner, but all speeding really does is increase your risk of getting into an accident or getting a speeding ticket, it turns out. Here's the math behind it, and why you're better off just driving at or below the recommended speeds.

You can see behind you just fine between the rearview and door mirror. The whole point of that aiming system is to show you *everything* and not waste mirror space overlapping.

For decades, driving instructors taught students to keep their hands on the steering wheel at the 10 and 2 positions on the clock. In the last few years, those guidelines have changed, so you're now supposed to keep your hands lower, at either 9 and 3 or 8 and 4. This gives you more control and stability when driving,

Reading is so yesterday, everyone expects to watch it on Youtube now ;-)

Fake cheerios are horrid, but the generic raisin bran we get is much better than the real one. The well known brands are often better tasting but sometimes not much, and not always.

I've always done this except that I poke holes through the paper where the screws go and fold the paper to the size of the device. That lets me get position just right and then mark the wall through the holes. Add a small level for perfection.

I always peel for mashed or scalloped potatoes. I never peel for any other form.

The version on my phone is a Sony feature but it shows 11 hours remaining, 19 hours in Standby mode and the graph separately that says '62% discharging'.

One of the major advantages to Beam is sharing things with random people at conferences, etc. without having to exchange contact information first. In other words, for sharing your contact information itself.

I've never run into a limitation with Beam vs. S Beam except speed. Wifi-Direct is obviously faster, but Bluetooth is more secure. I'm not sure I'd take speed over security in most of these cases.

I'm the opposite, I'd rather have little well-designed apps that do things well that I can choose as I see fit. Obviously something like battery management is best left in the OS itself, but things like widgets, applications, browsers, E-mail, etc. should all be apps IMHO and removable or replaceable.

I spend most of my driving game time playing anything from Burnout/NFS to Gran Turismo. I've always preferred simulation to arcade driving, but I'm quite okay with the responsive albeit easy controls in games like Burnout because it adds to what they are. If cars drove in Watch Dogs as they do in Burnout, that'd be

The one reason I haven't purchased this game yet is watching the driving in videos of others' playing. I can't stand games that feature vehicles that suck to drive. This looks even worse than the driving in Mercenaries ...

fsck doesn't hit every sector on a drive, not even close. If you want to do that, you'd use badblocks (which can be integrated into an fsck run as well). The secure erase option should also hit the sectors that are hidden by the drive from the OS.
