[LDR] Watkins Glen, 2:25 in a Civic? I think so
maloprie

@Vette5885: Alright, reply to myself. I just watched it again, and sure it's so-so for the first half, but once they start talking to each other, it got pretty good.

Come on guys, it wasn't that bad. Sure, the narrator made me want to fall asleep, and I didn't like the thought of a lambo dancing around in the dirt.

@spiegel1: Cars, if you don't get high grades, your tires will turn to mush!

Ferrari 612 Scaglietti: D as in Dat's Amazing!

What is it with these 20 year old women not knowing how to drive? If they're not careful, they just might start a stereotype that women can't drive.

Making a perp sit in those seats, with such a small amount of leg room, seems like cruel and unusual punishment.

Shouldn't his interests include falling?

@British_Looks_British_Reliabil...: I'll have to keep that in mind for the next time I try to race a Mustang

@snap_understeer_ftw: It would certainly make the morning commute a lot more interesting.

Where are the gratuitous jump shots, like others from the Ford family?

Looking from a drivers' perspective, there's no complexity to the track. Yeah, 30 turns, but only one decreasing radius turn. All the braking zones are perfectly straight, and only once does a series of turns lead to a tighter turn. With the skill of today's F1 drivers, they should be able to do this with their eyes

Good to hear he got the Stang back. We'll have to see if my brother has similar luck with his bike - his ZX6R was stolen from Mahopac, NY yesterday. He's already talking with insurance, but it sucks to see this happen to anybody.

@Jagvar: I'm surprised that a Pontiac G5 actually did 98 mph.

@Roggin: Ha! I went by the image numbers, not the actual car numbers.

Now playing

Yes, I agree with #7 - it was awesome seeing one on the track

How about the gasses and sound exiting the rear of the car - what do those represent?

I didn't know that cars could slide around like that. Physics be damned!
