@Culebra: 260,000 copies, if you assume that each copy would of costed $50. 260,000 is a number I wouldn't be surprised to find for a popular upload, especially if he was the first to upload it.

Hrmm... $1.3 million divided by $50 gives us... 260,000 downloads. The fine seems pretty reasonable to me if his upload got that much downloads. If not, I would guess the extra money would come from if he had sold the games, how much fees and such for him to sell the x amount of copies that was pirated.
@wjglenn: I'll try tip one. Thanks.
Seriously, NIS should work with Vanillaware. If they did before, do it more often.
@SilentGuy: Atlus I wouldn't mind but Square Enix........
@Four—Eyes: Dood don't know about Prinny God!
@koreshonfire: Same here. Just less... cheesy feeling. Which in this case... is a bad thing I suppose?
Too many games... too little time... damn you classes. Damn you.
@Auto Aim is for Pussies.: Yes... how far Square-enix has fallen. First they raped the world map and the airships and now towns. Bull shit indeed.
I would love to have this for the PC but the thing is... I don't know if I can run it! The original gave my computer a nice work out when stuff decided to get hot. I forget what the settings were though...
@Me_rock: Kicking their asses is pretty funny.
Towns? Airships?
@ViciousAeons: Its Xbox Live... its full of whiny 13 year old kids. What did you expect?
@shufflemoomin: Well, for those of us stuck onto consoles and haven't seen the light of PC FPS... it was great. Especially for its time.
@Last Face: A FPS feeling weird on a PC...? Halo of all games too. I wouldn't think so.
Now I can see what they are all about. Thanks Boss.
@Matt0505: One of them is me. I blame the lack of a decent PC most of my life for such a late arrival.
@gold163 (° д° ): There's still the original Modern Warfare. :D
@Lezard: At least don't lump those of us who actually played seriously. Many greats nights were had... -sniff-
... I'm looking at technology very VERY differently right now... I got no projectile weapons... and my PS3 is right in front of my face...
