So I asked this on Giz but came up short. In a GameDev Magazine circa late 2006 to early 07, there was a predictive timeline for video games for the next 50 or so years.

@TheLAG: At least your spawn point is landlocked. I spawn on a teeny tiny island thats a 45 second swim to land. I'm currently working to terraform it and add some trees that I can make into boats.

there was a predictive timeline in (I believe) Game Developer Magazine in late 2006 or early 2007 that guessed Panasonic would jump into the gaming market around this time. It made some pretty cool predictions later on but I can't remember them. If anyone can find that timeline I would be incredibly impressed.

When it comes to CGI-packed movies like Transformers, every actor ever interviewed always says the same thing "I really had no idea how the movie would be until I saw it finished". With 70% of the cast being CG robots, how can any of the T3 cast say the movie will be good? My guess is the script contains 100% less…

Never knew about the taste buds. My interest in going to space has dropped significantly. Still though I would probably let my taste go out the window to get a firsthand look at their view of Earth.

@wack0br: Its also like the most annoying thing to ever see in a chatbox. There was a time when I was 16 that I was literally racist against Brazilians because of a couple hundred kids' actions in free MMOs like Priston Tale and Ragnarok.

Ugh its sad reading this. The game looks complicated and boring on paper but actually playing has been bringing me great enjoyment.
