A lot of rape scenes are pretty eroticized and people are supposed to get off on them.  This might be a case where she’s showing it in an emotionally brutal way which doesn’t eroticize it at all. 

They’re a fairly obscure property if you’re not into 1980s comics.  Marvel took a risk with properties like Ant-man and Guardians of the Galaxy but they’re probably not going to make a Power Pack movie.  But if they’re willing to do a, surprisingly good, Cloak and Dagger tv show then maybe they’d do Power Pack.

I haven’t seen the movie, but I’m amazed at these people who get mad at even the existence of a female lead superhero or action flick.  Even if you don’t like it how can you be so pissed at something even existing?

I like the trailers but I’m still worried about someone with as loving a relationship to violence as Tarantino has taking on such a brutal and gruesome set of murders.
