Yeah. She sounded like she was victim-blaming herself. She said she made a stupid decision and this is the situation she wound up in

No. She and her lawyer refused to comment on whether they have any kind of recordings because the NDA required her to turn over any kind of photos or videos she had of him
It’s not just that he’s pure ID. It’s that he’s such a narcissist that he can’t understand how other people would feel. To him, the main important thing about women is their appearance and sexuality. So I’m sure he sees nothing wrong with talking about his daughter in the sexualized way. That’s just him giving the…
She she probably doesn’t realize that it’s creepy cuz she’s never known anything else.
I don’t, that seems a little too convoluted for Trump. I think he’s just so used to paying women for sex that he thinks that’s how it normally should go.
I guess I guess part of my point is at the show takes some Liberties and draws conclusions about things. For example, they portrayed Jeffrey Trail as being stuck in a dead-end job after leaving the Navy, but he was actually a manager or something that that company. Also, to heighten the drama of his being kicked out…
Oh oh sure, if he was gay then the family certainly had reason to cover it stop. My point was that the show, and a lot of people, seem to assume that he must have been gay and there’s really not any evidence for that other than that most of cunanan’s other victims were gay. The denials are kind of a catch-22. It could…
Yeah, I think that illiterate people would be better at improv since they often have to quickly cover for the fact they can’t read
Well that’s certainly the take on her that the show gives, but I don’t know if that’s realistic. She also knows a hell of a lot more about her husband than any of the people claiming that he must have been gay. Not that she might be in denial, or trying to cover up his gayness, but it could also bee a 100% accurate…
I saw at least one article which asked whether the series isn’t giving Cunanan just what he wanted by making him famous. Before this, most people knew nothing of Cunanan other than that he killed Versace
I understood what the supposed value of this design was. It seems like it would be likely to lead to mistakes like this but it doesn’t give you any benefit in return.

Yeah, I think some of the best stuff was the development of the victims like Trail and Madson. Obviously Cunanan is the thing that ties them all together, but I find it morally problematic to base the show around him and he’s also such a reprehensible little shit that it’s not dramatically satisfying.
IIRC there’s not much evidence that he was gay, other than the sexualized elements of his death. There was some speculation that he and Cunanan knew each other, probably based mostly on the question of why he chose Miglin to kill (his first two victims both had ties to him). But the family dnies that Miglin was gay or…
Rreally? I checked out about halfway through. Although it had some moments it’s too dour and lifeless and it doesn’t have half as much to say as People v OJ does
Sure Sanders was from a big gun owning state and didn’t really think much about gun control until he began running outside the insular confines of Vermont.
Right. There’s a long history of celebrities running for lower offices, not always successfully. You Got Musicians like John Hall and Sonny Bono serving is Congressman, Clint Eastwood was mayor for a while, Clay Aiken and Melissa Gilbert both ran unsuccessfully for Congress. That seems more reasonable to me.…
It at least used to be a notoriously weak governorship compared to other states.
That’s an easy question to answer, there’s lots of people who are good at one job and not another. Just because you’re good at a certain job doesn’t mean that you should be promoted
Yes, Sanders co-sponsored a bill which essentially shields the gun industry from liability lawsuits.
