RE: backwards hats.. it depends on the wearer. I dated a guy who was in his mid-30's (thinking he looked 10 yrs younger, while he most certainly did not) and wore a backwards baseball hat often. He looked like an even bigger tool than usual. So if you are a huge tool, I'd say the cut off is early 20's.
