Not necessarily. She had a heart condition that could have killed her merely by physical exertion. She might have even been winning the fight until her heart gave out.

Do you think that either one would have agreed to fighting if they had known one of them had a heart defect that could kill them? Her death cannot be reasonablely attributed to the injuries from the fight. Just exerting herself could have caused her death.
