Glad you brought that up. I’ve been yelling about the Koch Brothers and their billionaire-funded fossil fuel lobbies (and ALEC and the Constitutional Convention they want to call to rewrite the thing, but I don’t want to get ahead of myself and I want neither myself nor anybody else to have another anxiety attack)

I did see it and nearly fell over.

I still say hes got a basement full of skinsuits, feather boas, and Goodbye Horses on permanent repeat on a nearby CD player.

Wow, that is utterly insane.

Hmmmm. I wonder what the dynamics are. Did she not want him to run? Does she not want to be Second Lady? Is their marriage loveless?

Good. Let them wallow in loveless misery for the rest of their days.

Christ, even their fights are boring.

And you just know how much angrier it makes them to KNOW they cannot say EXACTLY what they want about this amazing person.

I found Thunberg’s oration to be impassioned, well-written and well-delivered. Of course, for the Fox News bobbleheads, that’s well outside their experience. She’s not talking down to them, so from their perspective, I can see how they think she’s “mentally ill.”

Well, I think the fact that they openly call people who support Thunberg “Gretards” pretty much spells out your argument, no?

And he’s blocking everyone who brings it up. Fucking coward.

Ah yes, joking that a child you disagree with should be raped. So funny and subversive.

The fact that he thought that might be funny says a lot of disturbing shit about him.

Sadly, you have hit the mark. I’d bet that these are the same types of truly rich men who didn’t blink twice giving Elizabeth Holmes a fuckton of funding for her Theranos long-con...but then Elizabeth was engagingly pretty and seemingly smart and offered to make them moar money on their investment. What do these startl

It’s so much worse that mere misogyny. Let me introduce you to Mark B. Spiegel, Managing Member of Stanphyl Capital, in a now-deleted tweet wishing that Jeffrey Epstein had gotten to her:

Climate change activism also threatens the bottom line of a great many companies headed by these talking heads’ friends, and the idea of putting the greater good/society above profit threatens the very structure of the societies these men benefit from the most. Accountability is the absolute worst possible outcome for

The Children of the Corn attack was obviously a swipe at Greta’s neuro difference. That’s the unholy depths that these full-grown people have sunk to.

I’m going to think that everytime I hear a conservative use the term “mentally ill,” it's just a fucking euphemism for the other word

On Fox News on Monday night, Michael Knowles, a conservative troll and Daily Wire podcast host, described Thunberg as a “mentally ill Swedish child” who is “being exploited by her parents and by the international left.” Then there’s John Nolte of Breitbart, who calls supporters of Thunberg “Gretards” and recently muse
