I don't understand how it's cheaper in the long run... Having uniforms + regular clothes < just regular clothes? I don't think so. I know families in dress code schools who pay a lot to get the uniforms. Then kids grow out of them...

To be fair, school uniforms are stupid and ridiculously expensive. I would be pissed too.
