I think a lot of people are misunderstanding the use of the word “Hydrant” here. This isn’t like a streetside hydrant. This one fills a pool that the heli can pump from. It’s like an above ground swimming pool that’s dry until someone hits a switch and then it floods to full in a matter of minutes.
