@Dr Emilio Lizardo: Aaaargh! you beat me to it.
@Venix: Actually the original book is awesome! You should give it a read, it is very immersing and if you liked the movie you will LOVE the book.
@Venix: Actually, Atreyu was the boy. The dragon's name is Falcor.
My childhood was shaped by Asimov's books which Mr. Ashmead (coolest name I've seen in a while and, embarrased to say a name of a man I did not know of until now) help bring us the readers. He was as much part of my childhood (and lots of others, I know) as Mr. Asimov was.
@Hello 2010! 「Tayler」: You are completely right. It is a sugar spike in a can. That is why it is so amazing. And Tres leches is just one of it's many applications. There is this thing that over here in Costa Rica we eat a lot (and I think it's kind of like a Latin thing, though I can't speak for everyone). It's called…
I got my star on io9 but not on Giz. And and I don't transform between sites. I guess my comments are more interesting in the sci-fi scene than in the tech scene....scene scene scene.
@ripfire: You just had to remind me of the other meaning of that, didn't you?

@Chris Pierce: If you have the money to buy this, I really doubt it matters.
@ikaiyoo: I'm not saying it's right. But a 35-40% markup is not uncommon. I mean. Just in the food industry it is common to decide the price of a dish by multiplying the cost by 2, then adding taxes and on top of that see if it's still cheap enough compared to competitors to see if you can push the price even higher.…
@Svirfneblin: Yeah, he sucked. In my case however, I once finished a puzzle that said "4 years and up" in just 3 months.
"There was a time when reading wasn't just for fags. And neither was writing. People wrote books and movies. Movies with stories, that made you care about whose ass it was and why it was farting. And I believe that time can come again! "
@BLACKHAWK: Aargh! You beat me to it.
@Anciegher: I wonder what would have Elvis tweeted about had he been alive for it.
