I owned a 2007 Subaru WRX for nine years.

From Autoblog: On set, Fry was driving a pretty wide array of automobiles, too, including the film’s clear hero car, a 2006 Subaru Impreza WRX. As is the case with movies, that car isn’t quite what it seems. In fact, it’s actually a few cars. Fry told us that each of the Subarus for the film was tweaked in different

Yes! Always shift SMG manually, but if you do so it’s great imo. It’s more engaging than a modern dual clutch. Way more drama, more like you’re actually shifting yourself instead of a computer doing it.

I guess when it was new it made more sense, but now that their used prices are similar it would be hard for me to take an Evo over a BMW M3/M5.

The best part is, it was his business vehicle with his name and phone number on the side in giant gold flake lettering. Later that day he gets a call

Buy a manual, no thief will be able to jack your ride.

From what I’ve heard, all of Detroit is the worst part of town.

I once moved a co-workers car from one side of the building to the other (KFC restaurant). She freaked out. It was hilarious.
