Jesus Joggers and Hippie Floggers

I have stopped for Tim Hortons in the birthplace of the Puffalumps: East Aurora, NY.

Like any workplace—and this is a workplace—folks come and go from time to time. I can say that almost all the folks I’ve worked with here have been supremely cool, talented people. Doug’s a good man and he’s been doing awesome at Autotrader. He’s welcome back here anytime.

Taxis charge higher fares and they do not have a giant corporate infractructure to support.

I worked in a good part of town, and kitty corner to where I was a woman went out one cold morning and started her car, this is prior to remote starters. Someone stole the car, she reported it stolen, the police came by wrote a report, said it was likely that the car would be found a few blocks away as this was a

Thieves aren’t known for respecting unwritten rules. Or written ones, for that matter. You know, like the don’t take shit you don’t own rule.

My father-in-law had his F150 stolen out of his driveway while he was warming it up. This wasn’t in MI but small-town Southern IN and in a really nice neighborhood. There is also a Blancpain GT Sprint Series, a Blancpain GT Endurance Series, and a Blancpain GT Asia Series. All just sponsorship deals.

Blancpain is the title sponsor for what is basically the GT3 World Cup. This one is the Sprint Series, where the races are two hours long.

Oh man I want out of Silicon Valley. In the early 90's, it was exciting to live and work on meaningful stuff for an honest wage. Then along came Pets.com and Netscape, and now an IM app with ads worth $20B and luxury buses clogging the roads and freeways.

I live in SC as well. House doubled in value the last 15 years. Just wait until the Apple behemoth temple to tech gluttony opens up.

Yo your take on ‘drifters’ is so edgy and cool. Can I borrow a pair of jorts & a bucket hat for my next SCCA autox?

Imagine when they used to have the fuel filter in that washer bottle notch. bye bye arm room.

I don’t know when/if LeMons is running a true 24 this year, TBH. I know they’re extra hard to staff and attract participants to, hence the fact that there’s maybe one a year there (and in many like series). The timing was right on this one and I’d heard good things about the Lucky Dog group. Friendly crowd so far,
