This, exactly this. Instead of aligning with a sports team or a regular brand (nike, adidas, etc) I align with motorsport and automotive enthusiasm. So for the same reason a Buffalo Bills fan wears bills shit despite the fact that the Bills have been trash for the last 20 years (this year not withstanding), I wear

I have your traffic cone on my fridge. love the peppa pig turbo. Did you do the Gary turbo Snail too?

im not gonna lie, I’m a brand whore. I have a bmw M branded wallet (but, it also is a GREAT wallet, love the way its designed, durable, aged well, etc) I have a ton of shit from BlipShift (mostly bmw related) and a couple of puma bmw and ferrari branded shit (bought on sale).

it also is the same noise I make when constipated, so there’s that.

Whats important to note RE S54- 80% of that torque is available by like 2k rpm.

That knee on the snakes neck.... Snake Lives Matter.

human factors engineering and safety engineering is fun :) its all about considering ways people less intelligent than yourself might miss use a product, then figuring out ways to mitigate those issues.

Makes perfect sense, and basically what I figured. i assume since its not a sanctioned race event, the boat owner is allowed to take any sponsorship/publicity opportunities they see fit. Also, the optics of geico sponsoring Gymkhana are not great :)

Thanks!

You’re not familiar with Miss Geico? My amateur boat spotting eyes tell me its probably the same boat with HOONIGAN plastered where the traditional sponsorship logos would be. Also, while I’m not much of a boat guy, seeing these things in person is a hoot.

Depends on your use case, but from a handling/performance perspective what you lose in the drivetrain to loss you make up in grip.

Arguing the 7hp deficit from the WRX is stretching it. If those 7 hp are worth it, the can be gained easily enough for less than the cost delta between the Veloster N and the WRX, and you’re not compromising with a FWD platform.

Are we really going to overlook Camacho’s defeat like its nothing?

As someone who has owned 2 e46 m3's in SMG, I’m a proponent of the paddle shifter through and through. Dual clutches are the way of the enthusiast future, if even they come at the expense of some of the drama you get out of a single clutch system. I have yet to drive a torque converter paddle shifted car that I

Burbletunes=Rolling Coal in terms of annoyance. A little crack and pop on the overrun, like many manufacturers engineer into their cars now, is cool, but these tunes written specifically to pop and bang excessively is too much.
