One of the Italian Coach builders skinned a Corvette way back when. It was either Bertone or Zagato. I'm too lazy to look it up right now.

April Fools! Heeeeehaw!

"...The strait of Magellan isn't that nice..."

Ah yes, the Italian Concourse at the Pier. All the purists would flip their lids. I personally would find it way more interesting than seeing those Microsofties boring Modenas again.

For example, Carrozzeria Touring were known for their "Superleggera" bodies. Check out the sexiness of some of the 8C pre-war Alfa Romeos or even the later 1900 Sprints.

Yeah if you wanna go slow in what basically amounts to an El Camino...heh.

The guy who bought my '64 Giulia TI works for them. He said next time I'm in the Bay Area he'll take me to the shop. He also said they are weird to drive at first because there is no engine sound, you only hear the suspension and tire rubber. You are darn tootin' I'm gonna ask if I can drive one!

Ahh, the black stallion!

That is my favorite Alfa ad hands down.

Yeah, Les Schwab has been doing this since I can remember. A couple years ago we actually took advantage of it and got us some Free Beef with a set of tires. You can either get steaks or a salami assortment box. We opted for beef.

It could be a diplomats car. They can bring over whatever they want. You can see a 147 in DC running around with diplomatic plates every so often.

Ahh, the glorious TZ2. You can smell the glory!

I visited Fantasy Junction last year while I was living in Berkeley. The ambulance is in good shape and the odd part about it is the transmission was/is mounted backwards for front wheel drive action.

It was my understanding that there were 12 +/- Stradales produced for homoglobulation porpoises so the T33's could be raced. But that is neither here nor there, what is absolute fact is that the Stradale is hands down one of the sublimely hot road going machines to ever put rubber to the road. It makes my pee pee

Ah yes, this one has been around a bit. There are a few others in existence as well. It seemed to be some kind of perverse trend when the Giulia was considered an ugly duckling. Anyhoo, it would be a steal for $1,500 but it ain't going that cheap. I've been contemplating a inner-headlampectomy on my TI just for larfs
