Betty's no good CLOTHES SHOP AND PANCAKE HOUSE!!!

FFFFFFFREAAKS!

One of my favorite obscure State sketches is "Asides", at least I believe that's the title. It's Michael Showalter, Kerri Kenny, Tom Lennon, Ken Marino, and Joe Lo Truglio as high school students, and after each line of dialogue, they literally jump towards the audience and give a quick soliloquy about who they

Sausages, Each Day We Work, or The Cincinnati Kid would all be great reads.

What'chu got against Lil' Brown Dog food? I think i's good! I don't eat dog food myself on a particular basis, but I know i's good!

- David Wain Intro
- The Mr. and Formerly Mrs. Lupin Variety Show Program
- Chicken Sandwich, Carl (basically any sketch that used that "retail" set, like Slinky or Copy Shop)
- Soulmates (I don't know if that's its name, but the one where Kerri Kenny hitches a ride with Kevin Allison, and narrates about how much she's

Oh god, Sideways House Family. A goofy sitcom concept that ends by being an incredibly dark, poignant examination of The American Dream. Also, Joe Lo Truglio giving one of his funniest performances as a corpse (that is not a knock against Joe Lo Truglio, whom I love, just an observation that he's a very funny corpse).

I'll always have a place in my heart for his Truck Driver that shows up at the end of "S&M Bars", and the visual punchline where he climbs out of the truck wearing assless chaps. I'll still imitate his "I mean he's crazy!" whenever it applies, even marginally.

"Toothbrush! Toothbrush, you've come back too me! And look! You've started a fambly!"

The Whoring Bed: The Bed That Whores People

Kathy Bates' quick little "Ooh, you should've bought me!" in her squirrel voice as the drive away is a thing of small, demented beauty.

"But today, you all have the chance to play a game where the odds of winning are one in six. One. In. Six. That's just a roll *pulls die out of pocket* of a die." *tosses die on table*

IAMMMMW is my favorite Sunn0)) album.

So did The Night of the Hunter. But hey, that Bronies documentary was a story that had to be told, and servers ain't infinite.

Well, hopefully I'll still be able to pick one up before they're totally phased out. There's still a few films I haven't yet gotten to see in 3D (Pina, Life of Pi, Hugo, Pacific Rim, some others), and I really can't imagine watching Gravity any other way when the Blu-ray is released.

THE WET HOT AMERICAN SUMMER, THE WET HOT AMERICAN SUMMER, WHERE'S THE FUCKING WET HOT AMERICAN SUMMER?!?

Eraserhead quote thread!

Tut tut, work on your grammar. It's AND satire.

OH, FUCK OFF, YOU BIG LAMP!

This next clip is from the movie "Rocket Dog"!
