Dishonored was a perfect game, from storyline to milieu to artwork. I have spent soooo long playing it and its DLCs.

Ulysses 32 is awesome - it’s basically Homer’s Odyssey transposed to the 31st century and set in space.

I LOVE the Far Cry games and have played all of them, but the over-present, ultra stealthy, unavoidable (Eagle! Eagle!) animals are the worst part of the experience.

My other quibble with it is the poor sound.
The drab grey-borwn characters blend so well into the drab grey-brown backgrounds that more often than not you can’t see who is shooting at you.

One caveat - well, several based around one thing, actually.

This is where Just Cause 2 wins hands down.
A massive map with lots to do and discover in every metre of it, plus hilarious emergent gameplay as you go along and lots of shit to blow up everywhere you look.
Awesome game.

CoD these days is just a a pretty engine for nosebleed multiplayer yawnery.

One of the worst offenders for content unlock is the Far Cry series, andFar Cry 3 & 4 in particular.
Ubisoft have some bizarre rationale where they seem to want to make their games less enjoyable.
Not only do you have to unlock areas of the game and complete tasks and missions to unlock skills, you also have to unlock…

All of which is utterly pointless in the face of their ridiculous control system and stubborn refusal to allow remapping of certain keys.
I really want to play it, but still haven’t been able to play Witcher 2 yet for the same reason. :(
